Subcontracting any part of the contract is prohibited unless prior written approval is sought. Thus, a single-service provider is sought with extensive experience within youth work and delivering cultural enrichment projects to fulfil the Service Delivery of City Lions Core Projects in partnership with Westminster City Lions.",
