The contracting authority has determined that the existing provider, Family Action, is to continue delivering the service following expiry of the current contract. This decision is based on an assessment of the provider's performance and suitability against the five key criteria of the PSR:

Social Value - The provider contributes positively to the wider social, economic, and environmental wellbeing of the community.
A Contract Award Notice will be published in accordance with PSR requirements. A standstill period of 8 days will be observed prior to contract commencement.",
