"description": "This notice is an intention to award notice under the Provider Selection Regime competitive process.
The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59 on the 5th January 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.

Conflicts of Interest: There was one potential perceived conflict of interest identified throughout the process with the individual concerned not participating with the evaluation, moderation or final decision making process.
The lifetime value of the contract is expected to be:
Lot 1: PS1,125,000 over the full 5 years contract period. An additional PS150,000 per annum may be available at the discretion of the ICB depending on demand and financial availability - this is not a guaranteed available sum and should not be factored into financial planning for the service.
Lot 2: PS100,000 over the full 4 year contract period. An additional PS100,000.00 per year may be available at the discretion of the ICB depending on demand and financial availability - this is not a guaranteed available sum and should not be factored into financial planning for the service.

Lot 1 - Therapeutic support for survivors of sexual abuse or violence - Aims to provide tailored and evidence-based specialist therapeutic support and treatment to survivors of sexual abuse and violence in Norfolk and Waveney.
This contract will be procured on the basis of an initial 3-year contract period, with an option to extend for a further 2-years (5-years in total) subject to Commissioner discretion and requirements.
Lot 1 has an initial annual contract value of PS225,000, PS675,000 over the three year contract term and PS1,125,000 over the maximum 5 year contract term.
An additional PS150,000.00 per year may be available at the discretion of the ICB depending on demand and financial availability - this is not a guaranteed available sum.

This contract will be procured on the basis of an initial 2-year contract period to pilot the service, with an option to extend for a further 2-years (4 years in total) subject to Commissioner discretion and requirements.
Lot 2 has an initial annual contract value of PS25,000. The total over the two year contract term is PS50,000 and PS100,000 over the maximum 4 year contract period.
An additional PS100,000.00 per year may be available at the discretion of the ICB depending on demand and financial availability - this is not a guaranteed available sum.
