Where the match is 80% the score will be 16, 60% the score will be 12, 40% the score will be 8. Trade references - Where both trade references are received the maximum score will be awarded. Where only one is received the score will reduce to 5. Social Value - Where five statements or policies are provided the maximum score will be awarded, this will reduced by 2% for each area not covered. The Potential Provider that achieves the highest total score will be awarded the Contract. If two or more Potential Providers obtain the highest total score, the Potential Provider with the highest score for the Price element will be deemed the winner and awarded the Contract.
