DCC as LLFA is eligible to draw down this grant funding from EA and NW project manage these studies and schemes. The funding drawn down is paid to NW for the project management and delivery of the projects. This is a partnership whereby it is 50:50 shared between DCC and NW. The funding element of DCC is fully funded from grant draw downs.",
