This pre-market consultation is intended to inform the future procurement process and help the Council understand financial implications, market capacity, innovation, and installation lead times. The Council is not, at this stage, seeking formal quotations or proposals but welcomes interest and feedback from suppliers who may wish to bid when the formal tender is launched in mid-2026 including site visits to plan the scheme (refer to Engagement Section). Background Cirencester has a long-standing tradition of festive lighting throughout its town centre.
