The Authority is constantly reviewing its assets and its service providers and therefore the number of assets that will require energy will vary during the contract term. Equally, the Authority has several different programmes of investment to reduce energy demand and consumption, thus the volume of energy required is anticipated to fluctuate during the contract term also.
