Call Off Competition (Competed call off) The Council may decide to run a call off competition involving the organisations who are on the Framework for the relevant Lot and able to provide the required services. In running any competition between some or all organisations on the Framework for a particular Lot, the Council will set out the required qualitative criteria which may from time to time take into account any expressed wishes and best interests of the service user and/or his/her family and/or other representatives. This will be detailed at each individual procurement exercise. The Council will evaluate all bids on relevant qualitative criteria indicated at the time and based on the prices submitted during the bidding process for the Framework (Pricing Schedule). In exceptional cases only the Council may run a mini competition exercise on a price/quality basis, with relative percentages indicated at the time of call off.
