Whilst we sought to rectify this by supplying the TUPE information and requesting the pricing to be resubmitted. It has not clarified the position, so we cannot in all good conscious proceed with awarding this contract as it stands. There is not the time between now and the 1st of April to conduct a new tender process, evaluate, conclude the internal governance process and provide an adequate mobilisation period. It is with some regret that we have concluded that the best course of action at this juncture is to run this service in house for the next 12 months or so. We will therefore TUPE the two individuals into our own work force to service this requirement and issue a notice of non-award with the intent of running a new tendering activity in the future.", "finalStatusDate": "2026-03-10T00:00:00Z" } ] }
