        "description": "Description: The proposed tender aims to secure the requirements for the supply of bespoke plastic and rubber components and related services (the Goods and Services) to London Underground Pan Fleet Rolling Stock. Scope: 1. The scope includes Goods and Services related to: 1.1 Plastics products, as defined by clause 2.1908 of BS EN ISO 472:2013+A1:2018 (7), that are bespoke to TfL. 1.2 Rubber products, as defined by clause 3.426 of BS ISO 1382:2025 (8), that are bespoke to TfL. 1.3 Polymer and composite products made by additive manufacturing, as defined by clause 3.1.2 of BS EN ISO/ASTM 52900:2021 (9), that are bespoke to TfL. 2.
