        "description": "The provision of services for Unpaid Carers who live in the boundary of Newcastle City Council. will deliver the following activities across all localities within the city, including community hub buildings in each of the localities. The Provider will work with the Council, especially Adult Social Care Point, to support carers in accessing statutory assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Children and Families Act 2014.
