(B) The Agreement as in the Specification, required the Service Provider to submit a Project Delivery Plan that is in line with the Delivery Plan submitted as part of the Service Provider's ITT Response. (C) At the time of entering into the Agreement the Project Delivery Plan submitted as part of the Service Provider's tender submission did not accurately reflect the current status of the Services. This was due to a delay in executing the Service Agreement meaning the contract could not commence from June 2025 (which was initially intended). (D) The Parties agreed that the Service Provider was to submit a revised Project Delivery Plan updating the milestone dates (from Sept 2025 onwards), for all outstanding deliverables and outputs and on agreement by both Parties, the revised Project Delivery Plan will replace the milestone dates in Schedule 2 of the Agreement. (E) The Parties wish to amend the Agreement as set out in this Deed with effect from the Variation Date. The modification does not alter the total contract value or duration. The Project Plan has been updated solely to reflect the number of deliverables expected to be achieved from programme commencement in September 2025 until March 2026. There is a reduced number of deliverables due to the shorter delivery timeframe. The forecast in the agreed project plan has been updated with an estimation of what the WMCA and consortium reasonably conceive is achievable.
