The successful supplier will also operate performance bars, providing an offer for Paisley Arts Centre's performance programme of theatre (including panto), comedy, and music. Currently, the daytime cafe is open 6 days per week. However, OneRen will be open to suggestions from the successful supplier in relation to cafe opening days and times, but a minimum of 4 days will be required to coincide with peak times. Performance bars will be expected to be available for every programmed performance. OneRen invites suppliers to attend an optional visit at Paisley Arts Centre to view the facilities and offers suppliers the opportunity to gain an understanding of the venue's size, layout, and set-up, as well as gaining an understanding of the types of programmed events that take place. Suppliers can book a viewing time, at their convenience, with OneRen's Catering Manager, Diana West [diana.west@renfrewshire.gov.uk]. Attendance at the venue will not form part of any evaluation process if your organisation decides to submit a bid for this opportunity once published.",
