procurement for the Ice Cream Concession (CPU 6586) and will not proceed to contract award under this process for Lots 1-10. It has been identified that the level of site detail provided including location specific visitor/footfall data and utilities/servicing information may not have been sufficient to enable bidders to develop fully comparable and informed submissions. To ensure a fair, transparent, and competitive process, the Authority considers it necessary to refine and supplement this information. In addition, the Authority intends to reconfigure the lotting structure to better reflect market needs and to include Colwick as an additional location. These changes are material and require the procurement to be re issued as a fresh competition. Taken together, these factors mean that the current procurement documentation no longer accurately reflects the Authority's requirements. The Authority therefore considers it necessary and appropriate to withdraw the current procurement for Lots 1-10 and re issue an updated tender incorporating the enhanced site information and revised lotting structure. However, Lot 11 (Wollaton Deer Park) will proceed to contract award as originally intended, as this Lot is unaffected by the issues outlined above. The re issued procurement for Lots 1-10 is anticipated to be published shortly.
