It is envisaged that this part of the tender will cost a maximum of PS160,000. 2) New equipment to be sited immediately adjacent to the south of the existing play area To supply and install one large wooden climbing frame and trim trail. It is envisaged that this part of the tender will cost in the region of PS40,000. 3) Play Area Equipment which is to remain within the park area is as follows: * Toddler Play Area * Large Swing Set * Small Swing Set * Zip Wire The tender price to also include * Removal of existing equipment and deteriorated rubber safety surfacing. * Installation of new rubber safety surfacing where required. * All arisings to be cleared off site. * Areas must be Heras fenced off during works. Safety surface: * The use of rubber grass matting and wet pour is acceptable dependent on the siting of the play equipment.
