In 2018 the Government released the Resources and Waste Strategy (RAWS), which includes the Simpler Recycling initiative. RAWS will come into effect in March 2026 whereby it will amend Suffolk's kerbside collection requirements. To enable the Authority to comply with the requirements of RAWS, the parties wish to vary the Contract. The contract duration has been extended to 31/03/2039. There is no change to the previously published Contract Award Value.",
