Patients must be registered with a Birmingham and Solihull GP practice for whom Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the responsible commissioner.<br/><br/>The service required is for a community based, adult screening and hearing assessment service, treatment including earwax removal and automated audiology in line with the GIRFT Community ENT Framework (August 2024), hearing aid fitting (where required), follow-up and aftercare services. BSOL ICB is seeking to commission full geographical coverage of provision across rural and urban areas. <br/><br/>The Provider will need to meet the needs of eligible patients whose referral indicates:<br/>* Sight loss/dual sensory loss;<br/>* Requiring translation services including language, lip reading and sign language;<br/>* Learning Disabilities - as special test facilities and techniques are needed;<br/>* Requiring domiciliary care - the Provider must provide all parts of the service at the patient's domicile (including residential or nursing homes) where this is requested in writing by a GP.<br/><br/>Interested parties should ensure that they submit an expression of interest in attending the market engagement event by 15th January at 1700hrs.
