SYLWCH Y GALL YR AMSERLENNI HYN FOD YN DESTUN NEWID* Planned Tender to procure a Contractor to undertake Improvement works to the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Cibyn Industrial Estate, Caernarfon, Gwynedd. Cyngor Gwynedd are issuing this PPN to make the market aware that we intend on going out to market to procure a Contractor to undertake Improvement works to the MRF, Cibyn Industrial Estate, Caernarfon, Gwynedd. The works will consist of Design and Build (improvement to existing) as well as the possibility of providing new equipment. Cyngor Gwynedd has responsibility for ensuring that the MRF is of a high standard and will wish to satisfy itself that the contracted service to be provided complies with all statutory requirements which are, or would otherwise have been, obligatory . The proposed service will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the NEC4 term service short contract.
