These bearings are designed and manufactured by Schaeffler to Alstom's (formerly Bombardier Transportation) specifications and are integral to the bogie assembly and axle integration, including the negative shoegear. The intellectual property rights and detailed technical specifications remain exclusively with Schaeffler and are not available to London Underground Limited (LUL).
