Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with a possibility to extend up to a further 2 years. (subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract).",
