BHCC will now be saving cPS129k over the full life of the contract by combining the services. This was confirmed by researching existing pricing in contracts and comparisons to other framework agreements with Perkbox providing best value. Perkbox have previously provided Brighton and Hove City Council with services above and beyond what was requested at no extra charge."
