        "description": "The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Council) is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of vehicle recovery services including the recovery of other items on behalf of the Council throughout the Bradford District. Based on the total number of recoveries during the calendar year's 2023 and 2024 it is estimated that the Council aims to recovery upwards of 1,000 vehicles per annum.
