Together for Mental Wellbeing have been the successful provider at the last three competitive tenders, based on experience, quality, performance and value for money.
This provider has extensive experience of working into secure settings, established patient relationships and understands the individual needs / challenges with our patient cohorts.
During 2025/26, the Provider supported the Trust with its Financial Improvement Plans and working in partnership to achieve a 10% reduction
in the overall contract value.
The Provider continues to consistently meet the KPIs, with the exception of one, which is outside of the Provider's sphere of control and is reliant on Care Units effectively communicating date changes for Community Meetings.",
