This is because AEBI Schmidt is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the existing Vehicles and has supported them since they were introduced into service in 2007. Only the OEM has the necessary technical understanding of the Vehicles and access to the specialist parts needed to satisfy the requirement within the required timeframe.
