        "description": "Brighton & Hove City Council intends to undertake a procurement process for the delivery of an Adult Drug & Alcohol Treatment Service. This notice is issued to inform the provider market of our intentions and to invite participation in early market engagement activities. Summary of Requirements: The Council seeks to commission a comprehensive, integrated treatment and recovery service for adults (18+) affected by drug and/or alcohol use.
