    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 8 working days. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. On the 12th January 2026 the Director of Finance approved this decision and there were no declarations of interest made by members that would materially or adversely impact on matters requiring discussion and decision. The decision to award was made in line with the conflict of interest policy. The following criteria informed the decision: Social Value: 10% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 10% Value: 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 30% Quality and innovation: 30% Representations by providers must be made to chris.redwood@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice.
