This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Funding needs to be provided through to a Primary Care to meet NHSE requirements. The service must be in place by 1st December 2025 to support winter pressures. The identified provider will disseminate funds across GP practices in the Northants Primary Care system. An emergency award will allow services to be put in place by 1st December 2025 and provision of ARI funds will be planned into the Urgent Emergency Care budget for all future financial years in line with the PSR 2023 regulations. The decision to award was taken at the Joint Executive Committee (JET) at NICB. No conflicts of interest were declared.",
