For the duration of the contract MBC require the contractor to undertake all necessary maintenance and servicing works to installations and equipment to ensure MBC remain compliant with the relevant codes regulations and standards. The form of contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2024 with Amendments and will be executed under the common seal of the Council. The contract value is estimated at PS41,000 per annum excluding VAT. Please note: the Council reserves the right to reject any submissions that are over budget without further evaluation.
