While \"in-house\" trade operatives are used for minor repairs there has been little large-scale capital investment in window/door works for over a decade and as a result, we are starting to see an increase in the number of windows/doors failing the Decent Homes Standard. To deliver this capital investment at scale, Housing Maintenance & Development Services require a flexible measured-term contract, where such work can easily be draw down.",
