The Provider must have the necessary data sharing agreements in place with provider GP Practices. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime competitive process. The lifetime value of the contract is PS150,000.00 This is a new service with a new provider. Contract dates: 1st July 2026 - 31st March 2028 with options to extend by 2 x 12 months.",
