A consultation closure notice document to be published on the Welsh Government's public facing consultation webpages. Regular updates and progress reports at agreed milestones. This is a three month contract comprising of an initial one month period of pre consultation work undertaken in March/April 2026 with the subsequent market review element running for the final two month contract period in June and July of 2026.",
