The contract is due to end in April 2026. 23 of the devices must be upgraded beyond April 26 due to changes in the SMTP settings that will affect the older floor standing devices in our offices and schemes. 62 of the devices, mainly desktop type in schemes, can continue to run for at least the next 3 years. There are clear advantages to remain with Toshiba. We only need to replace 23 devices instead of all 85 if we stay with the same provider."
