The Regulator has voiced concerns about the speed of process and is now pressing very hard for GBC to appoint a consultant to mitigate the risk to tenants and give assurance the data we are now providing is accurate and future works are quantified and planned in, policies written and a full Comprehensive Improvement Plan is in place.
