The primary objectives are: - Reduce Energy Costs - Generate Income - Sustainability Goals & Net Zero Carbon Supplier Requirements: - A company with a minimum of five years of trading history, with evidence of financial and economic standing, capability and capacity to construct and deliver large scale projects. i.e. Roof solar and BESS systems of 60MW to 240MW. - A proven track record and experience in delivering fully funded innovative technology projects. - Demonstrated ability to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions. - Capability to conduct comprehensive site assessments, manage projects, manage procurement and installations, and maintain ongoing maintenance programs. - A history of successful partnerships in similar projects with comparable organizations i.e. local councils, Scottish Water and other public bodies or large companies/businesses. - Evidence work to NHS Scotland guidance documents for example SHTM and SHTN - An understanding of public sector timelines and complexities. - Proven experience in understanding and supporting Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
