The successful contractor will be required to deliver services consistently across all specified locations, ensuring premises are clean, safe, hygienic and presentable for staff, residents and visitors. Performance will be reviewed on a quarterly basis through a formal KPI framework. KPI outcomes will be taken into account when considering any contract extension.
