Target Species The primary target species for the survey are: * Cormorant * Kittiwake * Fulmar * Razorbill * Herring gull However, all breeding seabirds encountered should be recorded 4. Optional, Budget Dependent Survey Component Please note that the methodology is divided into two parts, one of which is dependent on available budget: * Section B is optional and will only proceed if budget allows. To reflect this, suppliers must provide two separate quotations: 1. Full quote for delivery of Sections A, B, and C. 2.
