All Rail Reliability staff have undertaken and passed all required Class 458 training, enabling them to perform safety-critical duties. Multiple staff have carried out and are certificated for multiple Southwestern Railways training courses such as Fork lift, Bogie drop operations, crab, crane, scissor lift, pusher, bearings.
