Any future commercial arrangement aims to: * Deliver electric vehicle charging infrastructure which meets the demands of residents and visitors to the borough * Instil confidence that there is operational capacity to respond to any issues in a timely and efficient manner, which reduces the need for Council resource interventions * Provide usage data for reporting, ongoing management and broader analysis of trends * Foster a strong working relationship between not only the Council and the operator(s), but also with other stakeholders across the borough * Mobilise to deliver the agreed service upon completion of any subsequent procurement exercise The pre-market engagement will run from April 20, 2026, till June 6, 2026, at 23.00 hours.
