Upon completon of PME exercise the intention would then be to either advertise the tender opportunity to the market or procure via afurther / mini competition or direct award through an appropriate framework. The Council uses eSourcing NI as its etendering platform. If you are not yet registered with eSourcing NI we would suggest you do so without delay.
