The framework will have provision for the Council to make a direct call-off or conduct a competed call-off where all contractors who have a place on the framework will be invited. Any proposed award, direct award or competed call-off is subject to the maximum rates applicable as tendered. It is to be noted for all call-offs it is expected competitive pricing in the open market. The competed call-off-document award criteria will be deemed appropriate for that specific project. This will include individual weightings, to reflect the requirements, within the further competition documentation which may differ from the weightings used for the appointment on the Framework Agreement. Weightings to be applied to this can be either of the following: Price 0% -100% Quality 0% -100% Social Value 0% - 10% This can be any percentage, 100% price or a mixture of quality and price or quality, price and social value.
