Weighting Breakdown per Lot The council will evaluate on the basis of what is the most advantageous bid, which will consist of criteria made up of the following for each lot: Lot 1: 60% price, 20% quality, 20% social value (18% quantitative + 2% Qualitative Delivery Plan). Lot 2: 60% price, 32% quality and 8% social value. Lot 3: 60% price, 32% quality and 8% social value.
