Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiency, service quality and carbon reduction throughout the contract. * Use the most appropriate vehicle types for the service and adapt these as required. * Work collaboratively with WLWA to maximise benefits and minimise risks associated with the Resources and Waste Strategy and wider policy or industry changes. * Support WLWA's vision through innovation, industry best practice and measurable service improvements. * Provide a service capable of adapting to future changes in borough coverage, operational models or material streams.",
