The purpose of this pre-market engagement is to: Obtain supplier feedback on Flagship's current windows and doors specification Consider how the specification could be improved, simplified, or modernised Identify potential cost-reduction and value-for-money opportunities while maintaining appropriate standards of quality, safety, durability, and resident experience Inform internal option appraisal and future commercial decision-making While this engagement relates solely to Flagship requirements, feedback may also be used to inform future high-level procurement scoping across the wider group. This notice does not imply that any future tender will be issued, either for Flagship alone or on a group-wide basis.
