Customer journeys are joined up so that they improve the customer experience and satisfaction. 3. How we manage our homes and contractors is transformed through the use of a new HMS. 5. Our homes are managed pro-actively and sustainably. 6. Our response to changing regulations, legislation and standards are prioritised, with reporting simplified within a new HMS. 7. Increased development of real-time analytics, with staff being able to self-serve reports. 8. Our systems architecture is simplified and well governed. (System/Application reduction). 9. Provision of Value for Money. At this stage it is unknown if there may be lots, these will be identified through Preliminary Market Engagement.",
