It is estimated that the contracts will run for ten years. The estimated total value is split PS5Bn core FM services, and PS7Bn additional works. If the opportunity progresses, the Authority is considering calling off from the Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) Facilities Management and Security Services Framework RM6378.
