    "description": "Westminster City Council are looking to develop a 'pool' of individual, experienced Occupational Therapists, who are or are able to set up as suppliers to deliver their complex occupational therapy service. If you are an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists with five-year post qualification experience, we would like to invite you to a 1-hour online information session to learn more about our Complex OT Associate model and how you can get involved. This is a great opportunity for self-employed OT seniors and experienced OTs operating outside IR35 who are interested in: - Delivering major adaptations - Undertaking complex, community-based OT assessments - Working on high-impact cases that support residents to live safely and independently at home What makes this opportunity different: -Paid a competitive case rate per completed assessment, with potential to increase earnings based on volume of work undertaken -Associates are paid on a case-rate basis for completed work, offering flexibility and professional autonomy. -Offers high flexibility, making it ideal for locum OTs, established self-employed practitioners, or those wanting to take on additional work alongside an existing role -You will work as part of an embedded Council team, closely aligned with the -Community Independence Service (CIS), Housing / Home Improvement Agency, Adult Social Care teams, and hospital discharge pathways -You will undertake meaningful, complex OT work, including major adaptations and specialist assessments -Work is managed through the Council's case management system (Mosaic) 1-hour information session - what we'll cover: - Overview of the Complex OT Associate model - Types of work involved, including major adaptations and complex cases - How the associate framework will operate in practice - How to express interest and next steps in the set up (procurement) process - Open Q&A When: 17 June 2026 at 1:00PM.
