Delivery of the programme requires the provider to be an established General Practice within the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board area, in order to ensure alignment with local service delivery models, patient population, and supervision arrangements. Accordingly, only GP practices operating within the Cardiff and Vale UHB boundary will be considered as part of any subsequent procurement process.",
