The sites must be able to accept inert waste directly delivered by, or on behalf of the Council. c) Reprocessing and compliance: The safe reprocessing of Inert Waste, in accordance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, to produce recycled or reusable products/ outputs that meet quality standards and/ or end of waste criteria. With a minimum reuse or recycling rate of 95% by tonnage (not including contamination).",
