Supporting local community groups in their approach to self-evaluation, and reflection - leading to a deeper understanding of the issues and what works locally.3. Capturing the impact on the attitudes and approaches of intermediary groups supporting each of the participating communities.4. Assessing the overall impact of the programme.",
