Review and refresh the Management and Leadership Framework in the context of our People Strategy 2030, the Health and Social Care Workforce Strategy and our organisational values - including required/desired behaviours.This will include:Define the role of a manager in Public Health Wales and setting out the capacity required to do so effectivelyUsing the outputs from the organisational review and up to date workforce data, in the context of assessed desired capacity, provide an analysis of management positions across the organisation, and identify surplus/deficits at directorate/division levelDevelop appropriate assessment outlines for the recruitment of new managers and a pool of talented aspiring managers based on the competencies defined2.
